My understanding is with the 2019 models, it is not drilled into the bumper. They can't bolt it to the front fascia apparently as it impacts cooling through the Flo-tie area..

Just picked up my 2019 2SS and was telling the sales guy that I was glad they had not mounted the front plate. He said they never put front plates on Camaros or Corvettes, unless the customer asks them to. They know most people buying these cars don't want them. Just had to sign a form stating they gave me one.
