New Weight Thread
So I figured since the sticky thread on parts weight hasn't seen the OP in over a year, that I will pick up and try to consolidate the information from the forum here.
Powertrain 2016 SS A8 full exhaust NPP Mufflers with 6" of pipe going in 39.30 lbs Complete mid section and cats 59 lbs Exhaust manifolds (pair) 23.60 lbs Complete OEM SS A8 exhaust front to back with NPP 121.90 lbs (anthony@lgmotorsports) Non NPP (turbo specifically) muffler equals 32 lbs. Full catback comes in at 52 lbs. Downpipe is 15 lbs (corner carver) Stock SS m6 driveshaft (no carrier bearing) 24.4 lbs. Gforce 3.5" Aluminum 20.8 lbs (Dubchitts) stock intake manifold(no throttlebody)/plastic top cover/camaro side engine covers 15 lbs (Nightfall SS) Battery 46lbs (snowblind) Suspension 2018 stock 1ss 20" wheels and tires (2k miles of wear)front 61.2 lbs rear 64 lbs (Joey Soul) Stock GM front strut tower bar 2.9lbs (aluminium) BMR strut tower bar 7 lbs (steel) (corner carver) Stock Front SS rotors 25.8 lbs (turbo8u) 6 piston rotor 27.4 lbs (locktyght) 4-piston caliper 12.8lbs (drained) 6-piston caliper 13.2lbs., all measurements including pads, clips and pins (grnflash) LT 18 inch wheels 24.4 lbs (PolynesianPowerhouse) 2016 Camaro LT Front: Rotor 20.6lbs each Caliper 15.8lbs each (Scoooter12) Body Front passenger seat 55 lbs Rear seats (both portions) 21 lbs (joey soul) 2016 Convertible 2SS Leather Rear seat (non-folding back & bottom) 23lbs (driven2exceSS) 1LE Recaros 55 lbs (aa406079) Last edited by Joey Soul; 09-21-2018 at 06:14 AM. |

 Couple more for you: MRR (M017's) rims w/ GYSC3's (285/305 30's) 20x10" 54.1 lbs, 20x11" 56.7 lbs RaceStar Blk Drag Stars 17x4.5" w/ M/T 28" SR's 44.7 lbs, 17x10.5" w/ MT ET-R's 56.2 lbs **Above weights are averages due to variances between one side vs other**
