I don't think it is really a choice. When the factory parts (aftermarket even more) can provide you a simple and reliable 650+ HP...we owe it to ourselves to feel what 650+ is like. Hardly a negative...
Awesome time we live in from a horsepower perspective...

Arpad, You are 100% correct. That's exactly why I want the upgrade. Having owned 3 Mustangs, And then 3 Mini Coopers ( Went through a weird phase Lol ) I had always been chasing more power gains but never had the kind of money to do a mod like this until now. This car is the most powerful car I've been in ( sad I know ) and the curiosity and desire to experience something like this is pretty enticing. To others, it might be just another day in the park but it's a new realm for me. To be honest it would probably make more sense for me to just buy a ZL1 or something. I literally just paid the car off 2 days ago and it only has 12k miles. Definitely not getting myself into another car payment for a long time. Regardless of how bad I want something, when it's a $10k + bill I'm paying, I need to thoroughly think about it and have all of my questions answered to give myself a bit of convincing peace of mind.

And V8J, the Edelbrock supercharger kit does include a tune to run the engine after installation of the kit!
