Paint cracks on a roof

Hi! When my car was new, in a rear roof corner i noticed crack and poorly made weld. I ask dealer to repaint that under warranty after 11 months, because crack become larger. (Photo 1).
Just few days ago i noticed paint failure on other side of a roof in the front. (Photo 2). Dealer rejected my request to paint in under warranty, because the paint was cut while wrapping black vinyl on the roof. But my vinyl master told me that it is impossible to cut paint like this.
What do you think?

Looks more like a defect in the welds and nothing caused by a vinyl wrap.

You can tell the dealer that the wrap was cut using knifeless tape
