Still on Whipple tune so I'm sure I'm on the lower end of the spectrum and a lot on table for improvements. Still no Dyno, I am planning on headers, exhaust, perhaps e85 conversion next year so I figure that point would be a better time to pay for a tune.

don't know about other parts of country but there are some hot ass hell cats running around here ported head throttle bodies bigger injectors cam and more on 305 drag radials. most of what I've read here is modded up Camaros running stock H/C. don't get me wrong I like SS Camaros that's why I bought 2017 6sp.

Had a charger scatpack I know it’s 200 less hp but was still very heavy and didn’t feel like it went anywhere. My Whippled ss scares the hell out of me. Guess what I’m saying is the weight places a huge part. With e85 your gonna need to upgrade cam fuel system and really think about the bottom end since you would be nearing the bottom end threshold.

Since he has a stick shift and you have a stick shift, both on street tires not DRs, you definitely have a good chance.
