Question with whipple install

I’m just about to wrap up my whipple install but have some questions.

How do you get the ac belt on? I have a stretch tool and any way I try I can not get it even close.

I have a few grade 8 bolts that were included but can’t find a single mention of them in the manual, did anyone also have any extra bolts?

Did you keep the insulation between the valley cover and the blower?

Just get your ac belt started then turn the motor using a breaker bar to roll it on

Get it started the best you can, then put a zip tie around it and through the balancer. Rotate the engine over using the crank bolt. Once on, cut the zip tie off.

Yes, usually there are some extra bolts.

And for the insulator, Whipple said I better take it away.

If I owned a company I would throw in extra hardware just to F**k with the installer. Lol
