I may add headers and Ice cooler cause it gets so hot here in Missouri. My car may be one of those Freak Camaro's, its just really fast for the mods. I still have stock axles, drive shaft and stock suspension except for lowering springs. I'm in 670 at the wheels range and hoping to be in the 730 range, my car works really well with the hoosier slicks and I have over 130 runs on the stock setup. Its just a fun ride and I know I'll get it there in probably the 1st or 2nd pass this spring in good air and cool temps. I need DA to be less then 500 and temps in the lower 60. I'm still at stock weight also. I did add an RPM roll bar this winter because I'm tired of getting called out at the tracks I run at for my ets and mph. I do have the Lingenfelter Big Bore fuel pump. But no other mods. I still have the stock tranny tune and it shifts pretty good, but a little slow in my opinion. Go on youtube and watch my videos of how mine leaves compared to yours. You right, you 60's need work, you have the hp forsure. You can look for greg carlos on youtube or laynlo and you'll see some of them. My car really picks the front up transferring the weight very well. I've been 1.46 60ft which is pretty good for not having a converter.
Dang! I need to get my shit together haha! I should be much much faster. My 20' tires are my issue. I know the car has high 9's in it now with better rubber. We just upgraded all the suspension this week. Theres a new video up just this afternoon. Hopefully that and the welds and Mickeys will get me to the mid 9's this year.

You are absolutely over achieving in your car. Its pretty awesome to see. Nice work!!

Jared

Thanks, Jared its pretty fast for sure. The car consistently 60's in the upper 1.40's to around 1.50 and its always had a big mph. I'll have my lay down wing on for my first time out in March, kinda like a smaller prostock wing. I took the old spoiler off for my last two times out and it handles better on the big end. That tall spoiler creates turbulence down track in my opinion. I watched one of your runs when you were skating around on the big end and I remember that happening to me at the LS Fest last year when we had a pretty good cross wind. Didn't really like that feeling at all. You'll get into the nines, you got the power to do it.

I can't wait to go out this year! Best of luck, my friend! Love the Color too by the way

We can see who gets there first. Probably you since you live in a climate more suited for running most of the year. I won't get out till March sometime. Gotta finish my roll bar this weekend and then the Lt4 injectors are awaiting their install soon. I'm still debating on pulling the heads to port them. Just can't make up my mind. I want to run 9.80's in good weather and be able to run 10.00's in some heads up classes like the street car takeover and a couple other races I go to. I think we both picked the right color.

Normally I would have the car under a cover but winter has skipped us this year for the most part. I won't likely see a track until early spring either, unless something changes. I drove the car around today with the Detroit Speed Coilovers and BMR Lockout stuff. WOW! Its not a caddy anymore

Detroit speed has a coilover setup? Cool, I've thought about the lockouts but I'm staying stock for now.

DSE doesn't have them on their site yet but you can get them from JDP Motorsports already. They've been testing them for quite a while now. The combo of the BMR arms/links, bushings and then the coilovers was quite the change in ride characteristics. Its a race car now. No two ways about it. I'm confident we'll adjust a lot of the harshness out of the coilovers but even then, it will never be an ATS with a Corvette engine again

670 on stock internals ?
Im at 660 right now on stock internals. Looking to buy the Piston/rod combo and Lt4 fuel set up with ZL1 in tank and run e85 and max out the procharger.

Yep 670 plus I still have stock exhaust all the way back. Installing the new Lt4 injectors, down to a 70 or 75mm pulley. Remember at the track I run Vp Ms 109 and Meth/water injection. On the street I'm probably around 600 right now, but I should be about 725 with another 15 lbs of boost. I should be ok at 725, I don't push the car that hard, just about 130 runs a year, plus 1000 miles of street driving on 93 octane. I'll build a 434 next winter and maybe go to the 2650 Maggie for about 1100 rwhp or so. I'll see how this year goes and if the motor hangs in there I may just do nothing.
