Complete 3.91 1LE Differential

I have a 2013 Camaro 1SS - LS3. I'm looking at getting the complete 1LE 3.91 differential.

2 questions for everyone:

1 - What do you think a fair cost is for a dealership to install the differential? I've been getting quotes all over the board. Anyone work at a Chevy dealer who can look up the book time to do the install and recalibrate the speedo.

2 - What do you think my stock 3.45 diff is worth? 7,000 miles on the stock diff.

Thanks everyone!

Looked into doing the same an each dealer was all over the place for a gear swap but no one knew anything about speedometer recal.

I am in the same boat. I would love to trade my stock SS diff for a 1LE diff for the gearing, but what all is required to swap them? Just the pumpkin or the axles and hubs too?

I installed mine myself then paid $150.00 for the recal, it was easy.

I sold my 3.45 Diff for $650.00 plus $60.00 for shipping.

You don't need axles or hubs, you can reuse yours. You just need new bolts for the drive shaft.

My 3.45 diff sold for 8hundo +95 shipping on egay, I have hp tunes so the speedo cal was a freebie.
Anyone who charges $150 to cal the speedo is a cheat... it's enter the new gear ratio in the table and flash. .. two minutes later your done...

You're paying for tune credits with their software platform of choice. Unlocking a VIN costs the same whether it's a 2 minute change or speed density forced induction with nitrous tune.

Will the 2014 1le diff bolt right into my 2010 2SS/RS ? Can I use my axles and hardware or will I need anything else to make it work ?Just replace the driveshaft bolts.
