Issue with LED Backup Lights

Hello All,
I recently purchased the LED harness and LED bulbs from Gen5DIY, and for some strange reason, my steering wheel controls for my radio went caput!! Also, the radio display is not showing on the HUD either, just the speed, compass, and G's options. Just inquiring if anyone else may have had an issue like this using LED bulbs and load resistors?

HG
