Anyone installed ZZP Intercooler?

All,

At some point this week I'll be installing the ZZP intercooler and wanted to
know anyone else has completed this installation. It's seems pretty straight
forward but always nice to get some input like do's don'ts tips or tricks.

Thanks,
-BN

Yes, I did the install at home by myself. I am no professional but found it straight forward and easy, just takes time.

Use Mishimoto's youtube video for the oil cooler install to get a full how-to for removing the front fascia.

Good Luck!

^^^THIS!!!!^^^^^ the install is pretty straight forward, as stated. just time consuming. LOTS of little bolts and fasteners holding the front bumper on. just take your take, take photos along the way for reference, and BE CAREFUL of the AC line. i have had several reports of people breaking them.

Has anyone installed it with the HD cooling package?
I just want to make sure it doesn't interfere with the horizontally mounted aux oil cooler.
Thanks!

Update:

The installation went well during the 5 hours it took to install. It's was tedious with all the
small trim hardware to keep track of. One thing before starting is check all the hardware
supplied as I was short 4 5/15 nuts.

To anyone worried about breaking AC lines, don't be. It's a pretty easy operation to move them out of the way.
