Any 1SS out there?
Checking around, seems like most dealers now have 2 or 3 of the 2016s, but only LT and 2 SS. Anyone see a 1SS at a dealer?

I am now seeing what I think is the first 1SS in stock. Its at Roy Foss, red hot, manual. But with the extra set of LPO wheels and the 6pot brembos, its the same price as all the other 2SSs out there. :(

My dealer has had a 1SS for quite a few weeks. Has sold a couple as well.

Yeah you can find them in the U.S. here and there, not as easy in Canada. With very few options, might be very rare indeed.

I bought a 1SS....not much help I know.
Did you check auto trader? Should be a couple on there.

None on autotrader, in fact only 66 2016 camaros come up nationally. Im interested in one close to your build, except for colour (blue velvet, silver stripes) and no NPP. No sunroof on yours right? Have you seen those gray/machined wheels in person? I did, even better than all the pictures.
EDIT: today there are 3, good to see, but they are in BC, calgary and winnipeg |

No sunroof and yes, the Grey Machined 5 Spoke look fantastic in person. They change shade in different lighting

On vacation in Florida right now, ft lauderdale area. The dealers have about five times the stock of 2016 camaros as canadian dealers. Most have a couple 1SS. Importing might have been an option before our dollar went down the crapper.
As it is now we seem to get a better deal in Canada considering straight exchange on msrp, but selection and more dealer profit per sale make it less satisfying for the customer. |

I live in Tampa Florida. I had to have mine brought up from a dealer in Miami because I needed the dual mode and manual transmission in summit white. I could find 2ss everywhere and noticed a lot of automatics. The manual was the tough find believe it or not.

Funny, when I went to insure my car, they told me mine was the only 2016 2SS with plates in Winnipeg so far. |
