LT4 Supercharger possible issue

Hello guys, this is my very first thread @ Camaro6 and unfortunately its a problem , a while ago I've bought an LT4 supercharger off a friend's C7 Z06, sent the supercharger inlet to ADM Performance and installed the 2.55 pulley, installed the unit on my SS Camaro with headers, exhaust, roto fab intake and a methanol injection, lower pulley was stock and the car made 10 pounds of boost with no issues at all , now decided to go with a built 416ci LT1 with a 10.4:1 CR, a custom Texas Speed camshaft and a lower 15% ATI overdrive, just broke in the new motor and put the car on dyno with a base tune with maybe 10 or 11 degrees of timing and an AFR around 10.5 car only made 7-8 pounds of boost with 550-616 hp-tq, talked to a friend and he told me that if it went more lean it'll make some more boost, so decided to go 11.5 on the AFR with 15 degrees of timing, and boost keeps going around 8-9-10 over and over, also I changed the belt couple of times and tried a smaller one, same boost.
I really don't know if that's the normal boost or my boost gauge is broken or there's something else wrong that I don't get, please help.

If you put the same blower on a bigger displacement engine, your boost number is going to drop automatically. You may want to consider a smaller grip tech pulley for the blower to drive it a little harder. With that motor, a 95mm throttle body and ported snout/blower assembly would pay nice dividends too.

You need to get yourself in touch with a knowledgeable tuner, 10.5 AFR is way too rich in my opinion. They should review your existing tune, AFR, timing, etc before turning up the boost some more.

If you want more boost, you need to get a smaller pulley. You also need a supercharger that is capable of moving more air. There is a reason people take the stock blowers off and go with the other solutions: Magnuson, Whipple, Procharger, etc.

Are you able to get a smaller pulley for your blower? Your boost level will drop when you add cubic inches. To get more boost you need a smaller pulley if the blower is capable.

Blower is too small for that size of engine...you will have to over drive it with a smaller pulley to get the boost psi back up to where it was. All boost is anyway is a measure of restriction. When you reduce restriction, you will drop boost level.

Is the throttle opening all the way or is tq mgt shutting it down lowering boost? 10.5 is way rich for DI engine.

I agree here, don't get me wrong ADM's LT4 conversion was my number one choice, before I decided to go with a Pray setup. That said, I knew if I went with ADM, there would be a point much sooner than all other options that I would be pushing the blower too hard. IMO, you are far past that line now. I have already upgraded my blower to a D1X in anticipation of my forged bottom end. I think realistically you should be looking at a D1X with race intercooler now and you can still get pretty good money on the LT4.

I based this on all the Vette and Zl1 owners that have jumped ship to a D1X. It just has more head room.... and of course there is F1... I don't think you need or want the bigger 2.9 mag, but maybe since you have done a full conversion with all that water stuff, the big mag would be the easier better move, the torque via 416 is going to slow the planet.

At one time I was going to go with the ADM LT4, about how much boost and what size pulley is the sweet upgrade spot for the LT4 setup?
