Took my 21 SS 1LE in to Dealer for new rotors and pads, got car bake and brake pedal felt mushy. Asked dealer to make sure they bled the lines correctly and they told me I need to replace the electronic brake booster. Quick search says this part should last the life of the car. No issues before I took my car in so how could it need replacement now? Part number is 84488713. Does anyone have knowledge of why this part would have failed or if my issue could be related to something else? My mileage is 67k.
