Is Wheel torque setting for 18 inch rim same as 1LE?

I have found torque setting for 1LE wheels is 140 is it the same for the 18 inch on the turbo? Also that seems kind of high.

yeah its the factory spec regardless. i always used about 90 until i heard. so i still use 90-100.
