Strange greasy stuff
Quick question;
Weird oily/waxy layer on top of my car and trunk lid that's not normal. Only appears after washing car when drying it, and when outside in the cold. Using Dawn dish soap is a MAJOR no. Do you think using baby shampoo would be a safe option for me to get it off?

Nothing wrong with using dish soap it's perfectly OK to use once in a while. Pros use it to strip wax before a detail

Adam's Car Shampoo, and drying with 2 of their towels as well.
I'm wanting to avoid stripping the wax for now. Wondering if there's a way to do it without that.

Probably not, use Dawn, then dry, wipe down with 50/50 alcohol/water, then re-wax
