Not possible. You need the cabin blower, the compressor, and the radiator fans all running for the AC to work.

Can't be done. At most you can just have the fans on but no AC if the Camaro is like any other car (Haven't tried myself yet).

As shaq is saying, you can get cabin fan power through accessory mode. This is accessed by depressing the stop/start button for 5-7 seconds without depressing any foot pedals. There is a timeout, and acc mode only stays on for about 10 minutes.

No car can run the AC without the engine running. As the others stated you can run the blower in acc mode but you will not have conditioned air, just ambient air.
And don't run the blower too long on acc. Will kill your battery. |

Yep, not possible. AC compressor runs off the engine belt. You'll get nice hot Arizona air from the fan, but that's about it.

You should roll down the windows if stopped and sitting in the car. The car can get dangerously hot/life threateningly hot if windows rolled up on even slightly warm days. This can happen very quickly. Just running the fan won't keep the car or you cool. If kids are in the car, they will be affected much quicker than adults as well as they can not regulate body temp's as good as adults.

OP what car have you driven that you CAN run the AC off just battery power? Just curious lol. I don't know of any car that doesn't run the AC via engine power.
