2020 1LE - Did Crystal build your engine?
Just checking to see if all 1LE LT1's for 2020 are being built by Crystal? Pop the driver side engine cover piece off to see.

This is cool. I didn't know that our engines were built by a single person. I thought they were assembly line. I had a Cobra that had the engine builder's (2) names on the engine. I'll look this week.

Weird. LT1 V8s are assembled at the Tonawanda, NY plant. The only ones that are assembled in Bowling Green are for Corvette. I guess it's possible that they could route some engines out of Bowling Green to Michigan for Camaros. Especially if they had leftovers since 2019 was the last year for that engine in Corvette.

It's weird though if engines were sitting around since 2019. My car was built in July 2020.

There are several entire threads here regarding this. It appears SS 1LE engines are indeed built by hand at Bowling Green, but only in those cars built IN the year 2020. Any 2020 built in 2019 do NOT appear to have these. I know, mine doesn't.
