Hey new to the scene, i do have a 2014 RS. I want to add a cold air intake, mrt v.1/2, xpipe and jpipes to start it off. My question is what should i buy as in exhaust? i heard mainly through threads that people use the MRT v.2 with resonated xpipe and jpipes. and i seen another added some xpipe and straight pipes. I just really want some options. If any one can recommend anything!

depends on the sound you like. i have a resonated x-pipe and strait pipes.

I want a nice rumble to it, even when its idle. I know it isn't going to be a v8 sound but i want to mnake it sound better than the stock

Depends on your budget. I had Flowmaster Super 44s installed for $300 parts and labor. It has a nice rumble at idle and revs like a throaty import (but better). A set of MRT V2 will set you back $500+ and then install costs. From what I've heard in videos, the sound is only slightly deeper than my Flowmasters but noticeably louder at idle. A resonated x-pipe will help eliminate drone that comes with axle back exhaust and increase the volume even more. Full cat back with x or j pipes is going to be $1000+ in parts and $300-500 in labor.

I was on board with everyone and tried to figure out how I could afford $700 to install MRT V2 but then I searched for Flowmasters and the sound was good enough for me. If I had the money, I'd swap for a full cat back with resonated x-pipes but I'm satisfied with my Flowmasters.

I have the MRT V-2 and love them. Total cost was about 6 bills installed.

Resonated X-pipe and muffler delete was about 350 with mandrel bent stainless pipe.
