Hot Lap VL on SC3R

Has anybody used Hot Lap Victory Lane tire softener on GY SC 3R to boost grip after 1-2 days?

The serious Porsche track guys on Rennlist say this stuff works great on new or used R comps, extends useful life of new tire and re-energizes used tires.

I'm planning to try it on some 2 day old SC3R and a set of Pirelli DH take-offs I just got.

No but I’m interested to hear how it works. I’m currently running a set of SC3s that have been thru a handful mild sessions but still have plenty of tread left.

Give it a go and report back, I never really noticed heat cycling issues on my 3Rs, usually just will give up a little rear grip late in their life cycles but still plenty fast.

Yeah, I'm concerned about making them worse vs. better. How many good 15-20 min sessions are you getting out of a set of 3R? I only get 2-3 days or maybe 8-10 sessions until they seem to fall off and I can't trust they'll stick in fast corners

I may leave them alone and only use the Hot Lap on the Pirelli DH take-offs.
