Race Ramps? Which ones? - Page 2

I was reluctant to spend around $400 on a set of Race Ramps but after the 1st time changing the oil in my ZL1 they seemed to be worth the money spent as it made the oil change so much easier. Order them from Summit Racing as they offer free shipping.

I got the I got these from Wally World - Race Ramps - RR-XT 67" Low Car Ramps. $373 free shipping and 2 day delivery.

My tires are 12" wide and it has giant chin. They are awesome.

I looked into the quick jacks, More set up time and storage space, these will be great I think for changing the oil and stuff on my fleet of cars ( I have 6 cars/Trucks of my own ) I have access to a full shop if need be I just cant tie up one his lifts for long periods. I am looking into a portable type lift for my shop.

The ramps came yesterday, They appear well made I don't have my front splitter on yet and I do think its going to hit, It does push up on the air dam underneath the front bumper, I have a 12x12x1 board cut for each front wheel that i'll have to drive up on. I have not put the car up yet but I will Tomorrow. They are made of a really rough textured foam, Hopefully they last a long time especially for the price.

That will work.. I place 3/8” rubber just prior to the ramps. Stops the air deflector from scraping.

I didn’t have to use anything with my race ramps. My ZL1 had no problems getting up on the ramps or coming off of them.

Any idea why Amazon doesn't have any Race Ramps in stock when I see them available at other online stores? Did they stop selling them? Looks like they have a nice store page on Amazon. I have a gift balance available at Amazon and would prefer to buy them there.
