New member here. I absolutely fell in love with the new Camaro when the concept was first unvailed a few years ago, then when we saw Transformers, my WIFE
 fell in love with Bumblebee , so we WILL be getting one as soon as possible!

Hey all, been stalking here for awhile and finally joined last week. I have been stoked about the 5th gen ever since I saw the concept in 06 and funds permitting I will be a proud Camaro SS ("base" v8 if you will) owner sometime next year. Should be one hell of a ride...

Hello, All!!!
Joined this site after seeing the reference to it on Jalopnik. I was a member of another 5th gen site, but it was pretty boring. This site looks a bit more friendly. Can't wait to place my order for my next Camaro! Currently have a 2000 Z28 (trade-bait for my 5th gen, or might just keep it), and once owned a 1969 coupe that was modded into a Z28 clone. You can't believe how ecstatic I was when I saw that the concept used '69 styling cues!!! I'm also an all-around car nut. Really love the new Z06 Corvette. Been a regular on one of those forums as well. Looking forward to talking to you guys!  -Jim

How's it goin' Jim. Good to have you here and that's pretty cool you found us by way of Jalopnik....I like. I was just commenting in another thread about how I, too, hoped to keep my 02 SS if at all possible. I don't know how it's all going to go down, but one things for sure...I'M GETTING THAT 5TH GEN!!!

Hi everyone. I just joined yesterday after I got back from the Philadelphia Auto Show. I met the administrator of this site and he told me all about it because he saw my extreme enthusiasm for the car. I saw the Camaro for the first time in person yesterday and almost passed out!
Thank you very much for welcoming me to your site. It has everything about the Camaro that I'll ever need to know!
