Alternatives to Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar 3

I am getting ready to replace the OEM Goodyear Eagle F1 SuperCar 3 tires on my 2023 Camaro. It is my daily driver but I also do 1 track day a month at Homestead Speedway. I am happy with the SuperCar 3's and but wondering what other tires people are using who daily drive and track day their Camaro. Thanks

If you want the absolute best performance for both the street and the track, you need 2 sets of wheels, continue with the SC3s for the track and use Michelin Pilot Sport 4S for the street. Since those suckers are expensive, you can also go with the Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02 that is almost as good and typically much cheaper. Of course, all this depends on what you actually need and are willing to tolerate, some people are very happy even with a General G-MAX, for example.

The Goodyears are pretty bad in cold and wet weather, so much so that they are outright dangerous as you must have experienced in typical Florida downpours if you daily your car. On the other hand, the PS4S is stunningly good for the street (very good dry grip, amazing wet and good cold weather traction, low tire noise), but only relatively decent at the track, the SC3 is much more tight and grippy once warmed up.

I just got the Contis to try something different than the PS4S, they drive just as good, only difference is that they are vaguer on-center but load up better in the corners, and they are more comfortable, wet performance is amazing as with the PS4S so I can definitively vouch for those, that said, the SC3s are better once they get heat on them, they make the car feel like a roller coaster on rails when the PS4S and Contis begin to feel loose.

Anyone try the Yokohama Advan Sport? Price is $150 less per tire.

I agree with what Arpad and Xaxas have stated.

Ideal solution would be 2 wheel sets. The SC3 tires are expensive for DD (didn't used to be, but now seem so). If you want to go with a two wheel set solution, I'd vote Conti ECS over the PS4S (cheaper) for DD, as they work well for that and are cheaper than PS4S what I use for my DD wheels and they work well for that. You can also use them on the track (I bring them as a rain tire and back up) if need be, but the dry traction of either of those won't measure up to what you get from the SC3.

I don't have the F1 Supercar tires. But,I'm planning to replace my tires at some point(2SS with runflats, summer only).
From what I read on their website, appears as though they're not available as all season.

The OP was asking for alternatives to the Eagle's which are not an all season either. The Yokohama's might be better in the rain than the Eagle's though?

Hopefully this isn't rude, as I do not run the 1LE sizes, but did upsize my SS to 265/35 & 295/30 with the Yokohama Advan Apex. I could not pass up the killer deal and have been extremely happy.
Not a track car, but IMO, they do everything better than the OEM SS tires on the street.

I wonder what the difference between the Apex and the Sport is? Blackcircles.ca stocks the Sport at $450 Cdn in the 305 30 20 but not the Apex.

This. Apex V601 for street and maybe some light track/autoX. supposedly take heat better than MP4S or ECS02.

Where did you buy them from?

I run contintental DWS 06+ on my SS 1LE, and I have been happy. I got a set of 19" ZLE rep wheels that I plan on putting stickier tires on for track duty.

You don't want to cheap out on tires, IMO it's either Michelin, Continental, Goodyear or Bridgestone, anything else is subpar and belongs in FWD rice, if you bought a nice car so you put nice shoes on it, the Contis hurt at $2000 but I didn't get a 2SS 1LE to cheap out, anything bad that happens due to lack of traction is going to be more expensive than what you save on the cheaper tires.
