Multiple codes

So after a recent install of a new set of long tubes, I threw two codes. P2534 (ignition switch run/start position circut low)and P069E (fuel pump control module requested MIL illumination. I do have some exhaust leks in the mid piping that I plan on welding up next week. I've read around on the forums that an exhaust leak can throw these along with a low voltage situation. The car drives fine as far as Iv'e been able to tell. I cannot log it at the moment unfortunately. I'm just reaching out to see if anyone else has had any issues like this and what solution was found. Thanks guys!

Yeah that's the problem right there... That harness got COOKED! I have an appointment next Friday to take it into a shop. Do you have any idea what the repair time or cost was for something like that?

So i got that harness repaired and my codes and issues still remain. NPP valves don't work now and I'm very confused and at this point concerned. Wheel well harness is relocated and there is no damage on it. I'm wondering if it's one of the permanent fuses on the fuse box. All fuses inside the fuse box appear to be fine. Any other suggestions?

Alright so kind of an interesting update. Repaired that harness to no change so I was digging around the fuse box and fuses F66 and F57 were switched. One being a 15 amp and the other being a 25 amp. I've never touched any of the fuses so I'm wondering when that harness got singed if it grounded in a weird way and somehow these fuses caused an issue? All the fuses appear to be alright from visual inspection. I'm beyond lost at this point on what to do and both codes (P069E and P2534) still remain unclearable and a CEL is still on. Please any help with this is appreciated. Also, I braided those singed wires together and heat shrunk them down along with relocating that loom. Not sure if that's how it's supposed be done but that's what I tried. Thanks again for any input I really appreciate it
