Are we talking complete hypotheticals at this point since orange isn't offered on the 6th gen so far?
I would still like to see purple introduced to the line-up, or possibly a richer yellow (yellow/orange.) Dodge is pretty much single-handedly keeping colorful cars on the road while most manufacturers offer multiple shades of white, grey, and black, with and without metallic flakes. Hyper blue would be another strong option and it actually currently exists. I love how it looks. Orange is ok. Wasn't crazy about IOM 5th gen. Almost looks red. We need colors that stand out a little more I think. |

That's not a DSOM though. That's actually a photoshop done by SwisStingray and got reposted. It was done from before the color was really out.

No worries.. I was over on CF when that pic and the original surfaced.. There was a little stir over it.. Not a big deal.. I liked the more metallic version he did over real DSOM.. But, it's still a nice color overall.. Though, it did take me a bit to get used to it (something I never thought I'd say).

Should have 'NO' in the vote.
And show a pic if a normal SS, not the $60k version.

I say my Hyper Blue SS is enough pop on a sports car. Already draws alot of attention to a fast car. I understand the purple and neon green dodge using. Although I could not see why you would buy a sports car that color, unless you always drive under the speed limit. I should have bought camry brown or gold! lol Just a blah color no one notices.
My first car was a Chevrolet Orange 1981 z/28 camaro. That thing stood out like nuclear bomb in iran. I got pulled over and asked if I was the one who was driving late at night super fast through a remote sub division. Why no officer why would you think that? Well because you have the only Chevrolet orange car in the county! Just My experience and opinion. Obviously no one else may have that problem. |

Not a huge fan of orange, I'd rather see a little darker shade of yellow than currently exists on the Camaro.

That's one of the ugliest Camaro's posted on these forums, not even with respect to the color necessarily. The thread where Nickey Camaro posted updates on their build went downhill pretty quickly when the community reacted to those tacky graphics and wheels. Totally ruined a perfectly good car.
