Hey Glen, another question. I got my car a couple months ago. Im sure the dealer used some sort of spray on wax or something during delivery prep, Should I strip that off with something before I put a coat of the Ultima on?

Dawn
Clay or nanoskin Wash Ultima paint prep 2 coats paint guard... But really, You should do my process is in my signature… If you want to use the Ultima ,substitute that for when the method calls for Crystal seal. Don't chase a "magic" product… Learn to use the proper tools and procedures to lay down a clay, a polish (MOST important) and then a last step product to seal it. |

I applied the Ultima last night and have a question. I watched a couple you tube videos on applying. The videos show the detailer applying 3 squirts to a dry applicator, but they are vague about adding more during the process. Should I add 1-2 squirts per panel? The applicator stays moist but its hard to tell how much and you stated the only mistake you can make is to use to much.

I do 2 coats 3 hours apart, then wipe down with my best clean microfiber. All wipe on walk away (WOWA) sealants apply the same, this is a good vid: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=q3u4x3oLtBU |
