when my rims were damaged, I went with a gloss black and ceramic coating.
having said that, given the option to do it again, I'd go with a matte graphite or something a little close to that just to give it a little contrast. my rims look great in most light levels, but don't show up in pictures for shit. |

I don't like black wheels. A light gray is usually fine, but it has to still look metallic. Black usually just looks bad, in my opinion, whether its gloss or matte doesn't matter. It's too dark for me.

Just got mine back from powder coater today. They were silver but had some curb rash so it was an easy decision to powder coat.
