That way the DMV can flag your car as non-compliant for emissions (at least i'd imagine CA doing that ) heh.

It is for the ECU reflash, every tune has to be specified with the VIN otherwise the engine will not run.

COMING IN SEPTEMBER 2016 600 RWHP on 91 octane!. The Whipple SC is maybe the best recognized one for the Mustang GT. They use a 2.9L SC and claim much cooler intake air temperatures than other systems. I wonder if the other vendors/porducers will agree... |

i dont even see any vendors selling it. lol
