Wink What's your current boosted e85 build?

After consulting with numerous people, and getting conflicting advice and answers, I have decided to just create this thread.

Anyone that is currently running boost with e85 please list your mods, rwhp, and rough estimate on your elevation.

I am more interested in hearing from those running without the high dollar secondary port injection systems.

Do you have the stock LT4 injectors or the added 30% more fuel flow ones?

Any idea on how much psi that is? Any upgrades on your low side? What size meth nozzles?

Low and high side are both lt4 I’m making 11lbs of boost. I don’t know what size nozzle the meth has though

Sadly I have no numbers. Some critical components were left off by the shop that packaged my setup, halting my endeavor. I can run low levels of ethanol but my pressure drops off at around e50 give or take.

Hopefully in the next couple months i'll be adding a DSX aux fuel pump and addressing the thin crank seal and probably a few more items.

The car is still pretty quick though, should have a dyno by summer's end.

Just finished phase 1 of my build, mods include:
Whipple 2.9L w/ 3.5 pulley
DSX low side kit and flex fuel sensor
LPE Big Bore HPFP
TSP Longtube headers
Rotofab Intake

Car made 630whp on a mustang dyno at E58, once I figure out how I want to complete the fuel system I'll up the boost and shoot for higher numbers. Stock injectors still have a bit of room left but will have to be replaced to go full E85.

So you have stock-on-ZL1 LT4 injectors, have upgraded the high side pump with the Lingenfelter, and upgraded the low side pump with a DSX kit? Stock LT4 camshaft thus far?

Yes that is correct, stock LT4 injectors, camshaft, and low side in tank pump with additional dsx pump.
