Providing you have the fuel supply, add a flex fuel sensor, tune it for flex fuel.

Yes sir, the definition of Flex Fuel means you can run 93-------E-85

Ted, i plan on going whipple in a few months but have been dreading the full system upgrades as their isn't any concrete info i can find on a solid setup, Right now i'm Full Bolt Ons / NA.

I have the following MODS: Cold Air Inductions CAI, DSX Flex Fuel Kit, MSD Spark Plug Wires, KOOK 2" off road headers, MBRP Race catback exhaust, Gen 5 LT1 VVT-3 Camshaft: 235/239, .645"/.635", 116 LSA +32% Fuel Lobe, Rocker Arm Trunion Upgrade Kit, 7.850" Hardened Chromemoly Length Pushrods and Delphi LS7-Style Lifters, TSP CNC'd Heads, Ported MSD intake manifold, Ported VMAX Throttle Body, MSD wires, Mishimoto Catch can.

My question is with the 1LE i have heard we have a intake ZL1/LT4 fuel pump so all i am needing is the LT4 Fuel Injectors and LT4 HPFP to run E85 with that setup? Would you recommend the LT4 injectors with 30% added fuel flow?

Not a doubt when i'm going whipple i'll be putting in forge internals to hold that power but my worry is more on the fuel system at the moment.

LT headers w high flow cats as the stock cats are pretty restrictive.

A catch can.

A JRE Custom tune.

Hello MP3BOOSTED, We are a Whipple Dealer and can provide the supercharger and answers to all your questions.

The fuel system info is concrete we have published all of our findings, You will need to add the LT-4 high pressure fuel pump, and injectors as well as a fuel pump voltage booster.

E-60 Seems to be the sweet spot give or take 5% for best power and stable fuel pressure at 9-10 psi boost.

Beyond that boost you will need to look at aftermarket high pressure fuel pump and injectors on E-60 or higher.

So with a Whipple on stock pulley, primary cat deletes, Rotofab, LT4 fuel system, Pump booster, and E78, will I have enough fuel supply? If not will the LPE big bore give me enough?

Only Careful logging will tell for sure but I suspect you will be OK at 8-9 PSI boost.

Also the tuning is a Key player in all of this.

Thanks. I was just curious since E78 is what consistently comes out of the pump here locally. It would be nice just to pump and go, but if I had to mix for E60 it wouldn't be a issue.
