I contacted Becky after my local dealer jerked me around. Best decision I made. Initial purchase and trade offer were excellent and she got the car built the way I wanted. It's 360 miles each way for me so I'll enjoy the drive. They deliver for those not wanting to drive.

(10) Require or accept a deposit from a prospective customer prior to entering into a binding contract for the purchase and sale of a vehicle unless the customer is given a written receipt that states how long the dealer will hold the vehicle from other sale and the amount of the deposit, and clearly and conspicuously states whether and upon what conditions the deposit is refundable or nonrefundable.

Just saying. It might take a call to your counties attorney's office but it should be completely refundable unless they specifically told you that it was and you have that in writing.
