VSA light flashing on deceleration

So I upped my sidewall tire size front and rear from 30 to 35 and since then on deceleration I occasionally get the VSA light flashing and the car will studder. I relocated the harness in the rear so it did not rub and have not had any other issues. I have also changed the tire height in the software the vehicle was tuned with.

Has anyone else experienced this? Found a fix or any other information they could provide?

What are your exact tire sizes?

My question is how do you change the software tuning? I wouldn't think this would be possible.
