(Part found) 2016-18 back-up sensor mount (from inside bumper)

I need one of the mounting enclosures that is glued (?) inside the rear bumper on the 2016-2018 models for the outboard backup sensor. See photos for reference (the part is partially covered by the absorber in the photos).

One of these got damaged in the bodywork project I am working on and I am hoping someone with a damaged rear bumper on hand can pry one of these off for me. I am told a sharp putty knife should work. I only need one, and either the passenger or driver side will work. Please send PM if you can assist.
