I told my salesman to order me one. He emailed me back they would as soon as they have an allocation. What does that mean?

It means your dealer is asking GM to build the car, but GM has not committed yet to your dealers request. It might get built, it might not. Hopefully it does and good to hear your dealer is being straight up about stating this. Many of us were exactly where you are, awaiting an allocation. Best of luck!

Well, none of the dealers got an allocation for my 2023 2SS. So I had them converted to a 2024 and added two dealers to the mix. Fingers crossed. Otherwise I'm keeping my 2010 until one of us dies!!!

Put a deposit on mine this week, 2SS, Riptide, loaded with everything you can possibly buy. Repeat customer, my sales guy says they get SS’s no issues, but ZL1’s are a problem…

Tried with no luck for a 2023, but just learned my 2024 2SS Convert has a TPW of 8/7/23

Maybe us Canucks will see a few 24 Camaros. I have a 24 SS ordered as well. But hasn't gone anywhere so far. Fingers crossed.

I have a 24 ZL1 allocated and accepted. Seems to be very few ZL1's out there allocation wise.

Is it normal for a car I ordered to show up when I do a search on the Chev. website like it’s for sale at the dealer I ordered from? The status is “In Transit”. I noticed my name isn’t on my build sheet. I must say this has been a huge hassle. This is the 3rd dealer I have dealt with. The amount of straight up lying that went on at the first two was rediculous.
