Nope. It Auto Unlock’s when I shut it off. Guessing it was a setting you can change in your mylink unit. If you don’t see it, send me a pm and we will trouble shoot together.

I have a 2018 zl1 1le and I have to hit the button to lock and unlock

This is what I would like to know as well. My corvette and CTS-V never had to do anything just open the door.

Those handles did not have buttons.

I have to hold the chrome push button down to open and lock.

the settings allow for auto lock when you walk away from the car...no need to hit the button for that. its when you come back, to open, I have to use the button.

So I can imagine there would be some that would not like their zl1 to unlock (no button press on door handle) for safety reasons however slim or overly cautious.
