CEL P0700

So last night I used the EFI Autocal to read my stock transmission tune in preparation to send to Overkill. This morning when I started my car, I had P0700 which turns out to me a transmission related code. Did simply reading the stock file cause this? Is it an issue?

Erase it and see if it comes back.
