I have a 2018 1SS 1LE. Can anyone advise me on how applicable the 2017 Service Manual set would be?

Sorry guys, I thought that was viewable even to non FB'rs, and I fall in that crowd. I use my wife's account to keep up with the local racing clubs because they leave me no choice.
These are 19x11 Forgestar F14s, front ET is +6, rear is +35. I spec'd these for SCCA CAM-C and my local time attack GT class. The fronts DO poke a bit on an SS, but you don't need spacers and the grip level is massive. If you have camber plates they will fit nicely. They will fit a ZL1 really well. The tires are Brigestone RE71Rs with a good amount of meat left, I could probably run another season of auto-x and TA with them if I still had the car. Quote:
The changes to the 18's relative to the 17's was pretty minor. You should buy it. Attached pics from the AD. Thanks for looking. Last edited by HyperspaceTurd; 06-17-2021 at 09:53 PM. |

They aren't boat anchors, but they are huge wheels and tires. They weigh about as much as the stock rear wheels and tires.
The acceleration is noticeably better because they are about an inch less in diameter, so they really help the loooong gearing in the MT cars. Last edited by HyperspaceTurd; 06-17-2021 at 09:33 PM. Reason: I can't type |

Here's a pic of them on the car, that is with very little negative camber up front. They tuck in a lot at -3 degrees, I never had rubbing issues, even on tight auto-x courses. FWIW:
