My buddy wanted to see what mine did so we did a pull with his draggy. Something like a 5.3 second 60-130. He said it was pretty good for having both of us in the car with the kids crap in the back. Starting at ~58mph and flooring it probably didn't help the time. If I ever do it again, i'll be WOT before 60mph =].

I might have a pic of it. ill take a look

Im on micky t et streets so there isnt much wheel spin. The day I dynoed the DA was 4900ish but its summer time now and DA gets awful. I did a 1/4 mile run too but with cold tires and cold ground it didnt do so well lol. Not to mention the elevation. I think at SAC drag strip i should be mid 10s

I plugged your dragy 1/4mi time in the drag times calculator. In 0 DA that run would be 11.3 @ 127 with the same 60ft. Get the 60ft down in the 1.7 range and it would run high 10's @ 130 which isn't bad for a full weight 1LE. Cars seem to run much slower at the Nevada drag strip then most other places in the country.

Something just doesnt add up..

I ran 1.79 60', 10.6 @ 135 full weight 1LE (stock front 20's)
I made 680 on the dyno. Dont remember DA but its south FL... its always bad.

We may have an inflated dyno situation here.

You have basically the same numbers as I, what power you made for that 10.5?

I never dyno'd the new combo. The car originally made 596whp STD in 5th gear with drag radials. That was before the Rotofab big gulp and 3.375 pulley along with some tuning changes.

Id be well into the 10s for a couple reasons. At sea level I get 2psi more or so out of my procharger and the DA will be far less. Its almost a full second up here. NA I ran and 11.8 at 119 on street tires in SAC at sea level with dynoing 479whp up here. I ran a 12.7 @ 113 here at 5200'. I have since ran a 11.2 at 131 with the dragy after I got a little more heat in my tires with a 2.0 60'. The problem im having is it spins in 1st and a little bit in second which pulls power. Im fairly confident that if I get the tires hot with some prep at the track it might tag a 10.9 up here

thats also a dyno jet wich i believe gives higher numbers probably closer to 675 on a mustang dyno

thats what ive been told anyway...

im 600 wheel and my 60 130 is like 8 and change and thats not using a draggy i use the pdr and time it so may not be that accurate
