0-60 times

Has anybody checked the accuracy of the 0-60 timer? Ive only tried it a couple of times and get a 4.2 or 4.3 fairly easily. My brother recently got a new mustang gt manual and cant get under 5 secs.
Just curious what results others have gotten?

Without getting the tires warm and really trying I've been able to get a 4.2. I imagine if I did a little burnout and on a good sticky road I could probably hit a 3.9 or 4.0. But I run on the track so....

The timer in the dash should report the 0-60 subtracting rollout, which would make the time faster than a true 0-60. I think some people have doubted this and claim it reports the true 0-60, from what I've seen it looks like it is reporting the 0-60 with rollout. Either way its accurate.

Tsk-tsk, comparing the A10 to a stick, not fair, he has to shift before reaching 60

The regular SS A10 has a 2.77 rear gear, you can hit 60 and the rev limiter at the same time without shifting to 3rd and bang 4.0 4.1 all day

The SS 1le A10 has a 2.85 rear gear and 2nd ends just short of 60, at about 58, so with the a10 SS 1le you gotta get an extra shift in to 60 vs the SS
