New PB 1/8th mile

Haven’t posted on here in a while but figured I’d make a short post about my new PB and to show how impressive these gen6 Camaro’s are with good bolt ons, a good tuner and some suspension/alignment work. Here in Pensacola, Fl our closest track is an 1/8th mile but would love to make it to a 1/4 one day. Also, I’m a big Dragy guy, I always test my 60-130 times as I feel that’s a major test to see how fast your car is. See times below

—Mod list—
Stock unopened lt4 long block
Stock 10spd trans

-stock lt4 blower ported by kong
-2.175 upper/stock lower
-alky control meth kit (dual nozzle 25gph) 100% m1
-Kooks 2 inch headers/cat deletes
-Nick Williams 103tb
-Roto fab big gulp
-Mighty Mouse wild catch can
-Eibach springs
-BMR rear suspension arms + cradle lockout
-Dsx flex fuel sensor (E60 mix)
-JMS Fuel max
-Weld wheels/Mickey Thompson tires setup

From my Dragy data and trap speeds, we estimate this car to be making close to 800whp. Hopefully soon I can throw it on the dyno to see Forsure. I couldn’t ask for more from this car with its current setup. I love this thing! Next up, camshaft and heads!

1/8 mile PB - 6.24 @ 112mph

60-130 PB - 5.76 seconds

I’m gonna keep testing as the weather continues to cool. As 98% of you guys know, these cars love cool weather. So hopefully the 60-130 times will get closer to the 5.5x area!

Also, Huge thanks to my buddy John Weeks. He has put a lot of time in my tune. You can put together whatever you want in a car, but without the tune the car is nothing. XXXtuning FTW.

Should be 9.70s. I looked back at some old time slips where I ran 9.73@144 and my 1/8 mile was 6.24@114 so your banging the gong. Congrats.

Damn dude! My car has everything you have except it also has a cam. I have not had a chance to do a complete pass yet as I broke my axle and now I have a leak in the diff. Once it’s fixed I’ll be going to the track and hoping for low 10s maybe high 9s.

Congrats on your car. It’s crazy fast!

Thank you for sharing that info! It’s always cool to compare times with people who have access to the 1/4.
Thank you btw

Man if you had a decent tuner that thing would run! . I’ve enjoyed dialing it in and watching it get faster and faster!

Slikz your welcome, I've been thru every level of performance with the old SS. Went pretty fast for sure. Enjoy your ride, anytime you break into the 9s you can be proud. Its not that easy.
