I’m sure only a shop that has done both can answer this right. I would think the numbers are close by about 5hp/tq from each other.

I doubt you can go wrong either way. A friend that has the Jokerz "full tilt" told me they take so much material off they weld some back in certain areas. He was very happy with his gains.
