Might be selling mine. Currently mounted on my car. I'm trying to figure out how to de-install it without damaging any of the mounting clips. Shipping from TN may be a killer also. PM me if interested.

Here's how the 1LE Splitter is mounted. To remove it without damaging the splitter or mounting brackets do this:

1) lift front of car and support on jack stands.
2) remove driver/passenger wheels.
3) remove driver/passenger wheel liners (now you can access every rivet).
4) make sure the splitter is supported so it won't fall during step 5 and get damaged.
5) cut all the plastic and metals rivets from the back side with snips. The rivets are 1 time use (I sell a re-installation kit). You will need to drill out a couple rivets at the outer edges nearest to each tire.
7) The brackets holding the splitter to the bumper will come off with the splitter. Now you can separate the splitter from the brackets easily without breaking them.

Some pics at this link i took removing mine. I have 14/15 style 1LE Splitter. 13 is similar.
