Suggestions/advice wanted

I’m looking for some feedback regarding the next step for my 18 SS 1LE. I currently have a P1CS (stage 2 cooler and PCs tune) with Corsa cat back. I recently got a quote from a well known shop for Kooks long tubes/green cats, LT4 injectors, LT4 HPFP and tune. I want to do both but considering I originally said I wasn’t going to mod this car, the quote for all the above work was a little more than I wanted to spend right now. So the question is this: should I go with the headers/cats and skip the fuel upgrade or should I skip the headers and do the LT4 fuel upgrade? I don’t know which would be the better/more efficient route to take.

Thoughts?

I would skip the headers now and do the fuel upgrade , as a safety feature once you go with FI , I wouldn't wanna run out of fuel capacity and hurt the motor.
On a side note , what kind of power did it make and how do you like your 1le now that's it's supercharged?

Thank you! I don’t know what the power currently is.....it hasn’t been on the Dyno yet.

I would go for the headers, cats and the tune. You have room left on your stock injectors before you would max them out. When and if you decide to go Forced Induction then you will have to upgrade the fuel injectors a fuel pump. That is just my opinion if I were to mod my car that way. Happy modding.

This X2

Why upgrade your fuel system when your power level doesn’t need it yet. When you get near the ZL1 power level then injectors and fuel pump upgrades.

Do the headers first and delete the cats. Tune it for that you will be happy. Keep the cats just in case u sell.

What kind of power should I expect with just the headers and will I be pushing the limits of “too lean”?
