NPP re-sale?
With the weather finally breaking, I’m going install the Corsa cat back I bought back in November. Is the entire NPP something people buy? It only has about 2200 miles on it. Don’t really want to scrap it but don’t want to hold it for no reason either.

They do pop up in the for sale forum from time to time.
You can check for current asking price. I think around $300.

They have become much more sought after by the folks out in California. Before that I think they we're going for a couple hundred bucks. If you have room to keep it somewhere, then I'd do that, and then sell the Corsa when you sell the car someday.

I want to get rid of mine in Michigan as well. Borla cat back is going on very soon. I want to be rid of the stock NPP muffler (no actuators) without having to put it to scrap. It would be nice if someone could put it to use.

I took my NPP off all in one piece, in hopes of keeping it in case I go back to stock, or making it more valuable for a potential buyer. When I decided it was just too big to keep around any longer, I couldn’t get rid of it! I started at $250, and kept lowering the price all the way down to $100! I should have just found a way to keep it at that point! I ended up settling for a measly $65, and then the bastards ended up cutting it up right in front of me!!! All they wanted were the cats, and they scraped the rest! It tore my heart up!

I have the stock exhaust on mine. Would it be possible to get the GM NPP and get it added on?
My first SS so I've never done any kind of modding. If it's possible to get the GM NPP put on, how much would something like that cost to get installed? |

You could put it on but you won't get the valves to function. You would also need the quad tip diffuser. If you like the look and don't care about the full functionality putting it on is no problem.

Only thing valuable is the actuators. People may want to stick those on an aftermarket NPP exhaust package or may need a spare when their original ones die out of warranty. The factory valves with their tiny ceramic pins suck. Do a few stealth mode starts and you'll crack one or more, giving you rattle-can NPP.

I listed my axle back NPP and got no hits on it. Still have it. Might be a local thing but no one here wants it and too expensive to ship it.
