Had mine completed yesterday. My dealer called it a recall again when they told me it was done. I'd say they're just calling it that because everyone knows what a recall is, where the general public would likely have no clue what a TSB is.
On a side note. I'm being told the reason my AC quit working is a failed weld in the line at the port on the high pressure side. Part is ordered. So apparently as the refrigerant starts getting low, the passenger side of the car is affected first.

Or you can simply look at the service update that was clearly posted and read plain as day its a SERVICE UPDATE. Don't be so gullible people.
