2SS Memory seat and wheel

Does the memory package remember the steering wheel position or just the seats?

If it is like the 2015 Impala, it remembers the position of the seat, mirror and steering.

Go check out a Cadillac ATS, as the Camaro more likely than not set up the same way with the memory functions.

Wheel is adjusted manually, not power. So will be just the seats.

That's annoying. My Corvette had memory for wheel, seats and mirrors. The Mustang doesn't have memory wheel settings and it makes me think why bother. Also I liked having the wheel move out of the way to make getting out of the car easier.

Im certain it will have memory TELESCOPING wheel. Of course the tilt will be manual. Just like on Vettes since the C5 and the current higher end ATS. It makes ingress and egress soooo much easier for a bigger guy!

The Camaro has and will continue to have a MANUAL tilt/telescopic steering column.

Therefor it is impossible to have a memory function for any position.

The only GM cars with power adjustable steering columns are the Corvette and high end/high optioned Cadillacs.

Im just curious exactly where you got the information to confirm that? As I, for one, will be dissapointed. Did I miss that somewhere?

The order guides directly from GM state Steering: manual rake and telescoping. As so it list the Memory package include: 2 settings for seat and mirror.

Yup missed that. Well that is dumb... Halfass memory seating. Guess it wont be so bad in a Camaro, though. Not near as difficult to get in and out of as a Vette.

BMW has memory seating with manual tilt/telescope too. It's not that big of a deal. How hard is it to move the lever up and down and move the wheel up/down and in/out?

Its a big deal when it is a difficult car to get in/out of, and youve had it for 7yrs. But like I said, Camaro wont be so difficult to move in.

It would be nice if the seat slid back automatically when you opened the door. That will help you bigger guys. My dad's Fusion does that but not my 328i which I thought was odd.

Could be wrong in this, as well, but I know GM makes an "Easy entry" button on (again) Vettes and Caddies. I dont see why they couldn't implement it.
