Hello from Alaska!
New member here from Alaska. I have been reading the site for the last 6 months or so soaking up all of the info that I can. I bought my first Camaro after wanting one since they quit production in 2002. In March I took delivery of my 2011 Victory Red 2SS/RS and twenty two days later I deployed to Afghanistan. I can't wait to get back and put some miles on her and get her broke in. For now, Camaro5.com and searching the internet for mods will have to suffice. Take care all!

Oh wow, you don't hear that very often. It's funny, my wife is from there as well, which was one of the draws to get stationed up there.

I love it. Once you get used to the cold, the place is amazing. If you can deal with the 7 months of winter, the summer is well worth the wait.

If you ever get down to Anc, look me up. And I kept my front plate off all of last summer. I finally got pulled over in May of this year. I got asked to put it on, and he let me go on about my way. And that's the nudge I was waiting for. I put it on that night... Sucks, but thems the rules!!! Enjoy the car, the winter, and maybe we'll see you around next summer!!! |
