Tires

How many miles have you gotten out of your tires? I am just under 13,000 miles and they are beginning to look scrubbed on the edges! guess I should drive like grandpa if i want them to last!

Looks like you have a 2SS, so stock tires are goodyear run flats. At 13,000 miles I bet they are due for replacement. They probably can't shed much water anymore. Did you measure tread depth?

The stock SS tires, I got about 23k out of them, probably could have gone more.

They couldn't to start with, I cannot imagine 13K. But we get nasty thunder storms here and I do not mess around with tires.

I got about 25,000 miles on the stock Goodyear ROFs. Switched to the Michelin PS3s and have about 18,000 on them. Car is my daily driver.

I got 12K before outside tread was almost gone. Middle of tires were still good but like Fran said I also don't mess around with tires. Besides I only average 3K miles per year so my next set of Michelin's should last a long time.

The summer heat and humidity the tires don't last long here in Florida.

Apparently the dealer installed N'Feras on mine when they took the car for trade in. Car had 16,500 so I'm assuming the dealer replaced the run flats. Actually the traction with these cheap tires in the rain are pretty decent! However off the line on launches they don't hook good. I'm going to get better tires on them later this summer.

yes, 2SS - the middle of the tread is fine, as are the back tires. its the front edges that are all scrubbed.

This isn't a daily driver, and I never drive it when it rains. I usually drive 1-2 days a week to work, and to the grocery store, etc. I have put 3,000 miles on it in the 6 months I have owned it.

I don't know San Diego weather. My experience is NJ and Florida. Once my run flats got a little thin it was quite noticeable (in a bad way) when I got caught out in a rain storm. Glad they are gone. Noisy tires too.

22K and they were close to being done. Wanting to get all season tires before rainy season here in Oregon, and just went with BFG G-Force comp-2 a/s plus as Costco had them on sale.
