Although she is still working to raise her Olympic lifts, this one should be better. Last 2 times she did it she got 253 reps (couldn't squat clean 145) and then about 3 months later she got 256 reps (3 squat cleans at 145). As long as we can just get into the round of 145lbs should be a pretty big improvement on her score.

She managed to tie her PR of 256 reps. She’s going again on Monday and should improve but I don’t know if she can make up enough time to get through that round. Sure would be nice but there’s gonna be a ton of masters women that won’t be able to do the 145.

that's great! Let me know how the redo goes! I'm interested to see the Beyond the Whiteboard breakdown this time around, and if there was any significant shuffling of the bottlenecks over the years.

I skipped this one. I decided I want to booze saturday so I had to shift everything to Sunday on top of what I originally planned and just didn't have enough time.

Working on increasing my number of unbroken strict MUs, following a cycle addressing my hip bridge (yesterday was a 7x5 at 440), and then 10x :20/1:40 assault bike cals. I felt my hangover round 3.

Will do. As of right now she is 37th worldwide for the workout and 143rd overall. Of course that's gonna change by Weds and she should improve today. I am guessing 260 reps.

This is somewhat of a separator event. There will be a lot of strong people that can't do DU's. And a lot of people that are proficient at DU's and T2B that aren't very strong.

She did it at 3:15. Made up 36 seconds on her tie break time, but....

She failed the 3rd rep at 145lbs twice and it was over.

However.....

She went again at 4:45.

Made up another 20 seconds on her tie break time and this time got 4 reps at 145lbs for a total of 257 reps. So a 1 rep pr on the workout!

Probably gonna shake out in the 300's worldwide after this workout. A jump of around 400 spots. Need a wheelhouse workout......

Wow, she got some of that "dedication" and "never give up" genes in her. If you have any video of it, would love to see her putting it to it!!

Will do. Unfortunately I only have attempt #2 on video as I wasn't there for the 3rd. I didn't know she was going to go again.

Funny to look back....

This was an Open workout in 2016. It was her second worst event behind only the snatch/bar muscle up workout. And it was only behind that because she couldn't do a bar MU. She finished in 1749th place in this event in 2016. As of right now (and she might fall just a few more places) she's 105th worldwide in this event. Sitting in 321st overall so still work to be done.

In the past some of my friends would mute the audio after their introductions. You can give that a shot if it's a persistent problem.

Any thoughts about 19.3?
