If everyone is doing 55 in a 45, picking someone out of the crowd is bullshit. I have gotten two tickets in 10 years, both a complete set-up speed trap BS. 2nd Cop even told me it was a Speedtrap, they don't give a crap about people actually breaking the law, stealing shit, robbing people, actual crimes that matter, maybe 75 in a 55 a ticket would be ok?? I was 6 over and got the ticket.

Luckily for me we live in a state were we also have the crooks that are somehow juiced in and can get the ticket reduced to a parking ticket and $80.00, woo hoo.

I'm quite honestly surprised people get so mad at tickets, we can all choose to go the speed limit if we want. Common people lets take some responsibility, the police are just doing their job. When you buy a sports car this is what you should expect "fair or not".

This thread would be the equivalent of me buying a Lamborghini and complaining about the annual maintenance costs.

There not doing the job I want them to do, even if its not me, when there giving someone a ticket for 41 in a 35 where there are 15 other cars also doing 40 41 42 in a 35 , and were not talking in a nice housing area street where kids and pets are, but a road people have to use to get too and from work, and they admit it is a TRAP.

Its a crock of BS in my mind, then when my house gets robbed, they tell me straight out there not going to do anything, they don't have the time.

Knock on wood, no speeding tickets in any of the Camaros I've owned.

My last ticket was in my GMC Acadia (go figure) going through West Virginia. Got caught doing 70 in a 60 mph zone. Officer cut me some slack and put down 69 for my speed to keep it under 10 mph over.

Well I got one today. In the dealer loaner, 2018 Impala, on way to pickup my car this afternoon from dealer( triple flush trans, new steering rack, and new rotors all on warranty). 2 miles from house 50 in a 35... First speeding ticket in over 30 years.

Move to Summerlin, you can't find a cop within 10 miles of here. But seriously, the cops out here are very crooked. Very different than Fl. where I was a Correctional officer

you do realize they are carrying out orders from their superiors, right? Cops have a tough job, we are never happy with them. and this is coming from someone that has been profiled multiple times, pulled over and held at gun point during an admitted profiling stop.
