There are very few Camaros around my area that have the options I want and I found a few that match most of my preference. I know its a total gimmick but I really like the interior lighting on the doors cup holders,etc. Can dealers install this option onto a car after I purchase it?

They can yes but generally you would be much better off finding a car with these options already installed. Also the only color they can install it in is red from what I have been told
